I recently used Ursells of Ross for the cleaning of a family headstone, and I’m incredibly impressed with the results. The stone had weathered over many years, but they restored it beautifully—removing moss, dirt, and staining without damaging the original detail.  It now looks clean, dignified, and lovingly maintained. Can not recommend or praise Sandra and the team at Ursells Ross on Wye enough, from the moment of booking an appointment, Sandra made us feel welcome, didn't pressure my mum to make a decision, was helpful, knowledgeable, honest and exceptionally warm and caring. We were kept in the loop the whole time and for the memorial stone to be installed before Christmas that really was the icing on the cake. We were introduced to Ursells via Dawe Bros in Hereford.  We lost Mum in March 2020 and a very sad and difficult life events was complicated by the pandemic.  However, Sandra was absolutely wonderful with guiding us through the process at this time. Sandra was welcoming and professional and explained all the options to us clearly, with proper samples on display and a good brochure.  We were very pleased with the headstone when it was set up in the graveyard.  The whole process was carried out without us having to worry about the installation.
